Shipping policy

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Custom orders or large quantity orders may require additional production time. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected delivery method.

Standard Shipping
Orders under $75: $6.95
Orders $75 and over: Free standard shipping

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $15.00.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days after the order has shipped. Express shipping typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days depending on the destination.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package during delivery.

Shipping Locations
Allout Designs currently ships within the United States.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Allout Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
